There are usually three reasons for uneven color mixing in injection molding machines:
1. the raw material does not meet the production demand. Many cases of uneven color mixing are mostly due to the problems of the raw materials, such as impurities mixed in
 the raw materials, not enough drying or containing too many volatile substances will lead to uneven color mixing.
In addition, due to the poor crystallization performance of the resin itself, will also affect the transparency of the finished products. In view of the above situation, it is necessary
 to timely clean up the impurities mixed in the raw material, increase the drying degree of the raw material and reduce the moisture content of the raw material.
If it is due to the resin, change to a resin with better crystallization performance.

2.The use of colorant does not meet the production requirements. The quality of colorant will directly affect the color of finished products. If the chosen colorant performance 
is too poor, thermal stability is not high, the material tube heating, poor quality colorant is very easy to volatilize, volatile colorant is easy to pollute the injection molding 
machine and mold, resulting in uneven color mixing finished products.
Accordingly, must according to production craft choose and buy the coloring agent that accords with a requirement, do not covet the price is cheap.

3.The mold itself. The mold is a key part of injection molding. If the cleanliness of the mold is not enough, with oil, impurities, mold release agent, etc. lead to mold exhaust is 
not smooth, resulting in uneven cooling.
At this point, the impurities and foreign bodies in the mold should be cleaned in time, and the clamping force of the machine can be reduced appropriately, or the pouring 
mouth can be set again, and the vent can be set at the final filling place. Uneven mixing is a common problem in the injection molding industry. If it cannot be solved in time, it 
will not only consume time and materials, but also affect the delivery time of the product. The above are several common causes of uneven color mixing.
