The clamping system

The hydraulic system
The function of hydraulic transmission system is to realize the injection molding machine according to the process of various required action to provide power, and meet the pressure, speed, temperature and other requirements of each part of the injection molding machine. It is mainly composed of its own hydraulic components and hydraulic auxiliary components, among which the oil pump and motor are the power source of the injection molding machine. Various valves control the oil pressure and flow, so as to meet the requirements of injection molding process.

Electrical control
The electrical control system and the hydraulic system cooperate reasonably, can realize the injection machine process requirements (pressure, temperature, speed, time) and various program action. It is mainly composed of electrical appliances, electronic components, instruments (see the following picture on the right), heaters and sensors. Generally there are four kinds of control, manual, semi-automatic, automatic and adjustment.

Heating/cooling
The heating system is used to heat the feed cylinder and the injection nozzle. The feed cylinder of the injection molding machine generally adopts an electric heating circle as the heating device, which is installed on the outside of the feed cylinder and tested by the thermocouple in sections. Heat conduction through the cylinder wall provides heat source for plasticization of materials. The cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature. Too high oil temperature will cause a variety of faults, so the oil temperature must be controlled. The other place that needs to be cooled is near the feeding port of the material pipe to prevent the material from melting, resulting in the failure of normal feeding of the material.

Lubrication system
The lubrication system is the injection molding machine's moving formwork, adjusting device, connecting rod machine hinge, shooting table and other places have relative movement to provide lubrication conditions of the loop, in order to reduce energy consumption and improve the life of the parts, lubrication can be regular manual lubrication, can also be automatic electric lubrication.

Safety monitoring
The safety device of injection molding machine is mainly used to protect the safety of the machine. It is mainly composed of safety gate, safety baffle, hydraulic valve, limit switch, photoelectric detection element, etc., to realize the interlocking protection of electricity-mechanics-hydraulic.
The monitoring system mainly monitors the oil temperature, material temperature, system overload, process and equipment faults of the injection molding machine, and gives instructions or alarms when abnormal conditions are found.
