All electric Injection molding machine is usually composed of injection system, clamping system, hydraulic transmission system, electrical control system, lubrication system, heating and cooling system, safety monitoring system, etc.

(1) Injection molding system
Role of injection system: Injection system is one of the most important parts of injection molding machine, generally there are three main forms of plunger type, screw type, screw pre-plastic plunger injection type. The most widely used is the screw type. Its effect is, in a cycle of plastic injection machine, can in the specified time will be a certain amount of plastic heating plasticized, under a certain pressure and speed, through the screw molten plastic injection mold cavity. At the end of the injection, the melt injected into the mold cavity is maintained in shape.

(2) Clamping system
Role of clamping system: Clamping system is used to ensure the closure, opening and ejecting of molds. At the same time, after the mold is closed, the mold is provided with enough clamping force to resist the pressure of the mold cavity caused by molten plastic entering the mold cavity, so as to prevent the mold from opening and causing the bad status of the products.

(3) Hydraulic system
The function of hydraulic transmission system is to realize the injection molding machine according to the process of various required action to provide power, and meet the pressure, speed, temperature and other requirements of each part of the injection molding machine. It is mainly composed of its own hydraulic components and hydraulic auxiliary components, among which the oil pump and motor are the power source of the injection molding machine. Various valves control the oil pressure and flow, so as to meet the requirements of injection molding process.

(4) Electrical control system
The electrical control system and the hydraulic system cooperate reasonably, can realize the injection machine process requirements (pressure, temperature, speed, time) and various program action. Mainly by electrical, electronic components, instruments, heaters, sensors and other components. Generally there are four kinds of control, manual, semi-automatic, automatic and adjustment.

5） Heating/cooling system
The heating system is used to heat the feed cylinder and the injection nozzle. The feed cylinder of the injection molding machine generally adopts an electric heating circle as the heating device, which is installed on the outside of the feed cylinder and tested by the thermocouple in sections. Heat conduction through the cylinder wall provides heat source for plasticization of materials. The cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature. Too high oil temperature will cause a variety of faults, so the oil temperature must be controlled. The other place that needs to be cooled is near the feeding port of the material pipe to prevent the material from melting, resulting in the failure of normal feeding of the material.

(6) Lubrication system
Lubrication system is the injection molding machine's moving formwork, adjusting device, connecting rod machine hinge and so on have the relative movement of the parts to provide lubrication loop, in order to reduce energy consumption and improve the life of the parts, lubrication can be regular manual lubrication, can also be automatic electric lubrication;
