PE stretch film because of its good penetration resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, moisture resistance, dustproof and other characteristics, as an industrial film packaging product, it can be used for both manual stretch film and machine use. PE stretch film is widely used in the centralized packaging of various goods.

PE stretch film can mainly protect and stabilize the product; when packaging the product, it forms a very light and protective appearance around the product, so that it can achieve the purpose of moisture, water, and impact resistance. So how many packaging methods does it have?

1. Sealed packaging

This kind of packaging is similar to shrink film packaging. The film wraps the tray around the tray, and then heat seals the two ends of the film together. This is the earliest use of stretch film, and thus more packaging methods have been developed;

2. Full-width packaging

This kind of packaging film is wide enough to cover the tray. The shape of the tray is regular, so it is convenient to use. The suitable film thickness is 17～35μm;

3. Manual packaging

This kind of packaging is the simplest kind of stretch film packaging. The film is mounted on a rack or hand-held, and the tray rotates or the film rotates around the tray. It is mainly used for repackaging after the wrapped pallet is damaged, and ordinary pallet packaging. The packaging speed is slow, and the suitable film thickness is 15-20μm;

4. Stretch film wrapping machine packaging

This is one of the most common and common mechanical packaging methods. The film is revolved around the support, and the film is fixed on the bracket and can be moved up and down. This kind of packaging is very large, about 15-18 trays per hour. The suitable film thickness is about 15-25μm;

5. Horizontal mechanical packaging

Different from another packaging, the film is revolved around the goods, usually used for long goods packaging, such as carpets, boards, fiberboards, shaped materials, etc.;

6. Paper tube packaging

This is one of the latest packaging methods of stretch film, which is better than the old-fashioned paper tube packaging. The suitable film thickness is 30～120μm;

7. Packaging of small items

This is the latest packaging method of stretch film, which can not only reduce the cost but also reduce the storage space of pallets. This kind of packaging was first introduced in 1984. Only one year later, many such packaging appeared on the market. This packaging method has Great potential. The suitable film thickness is 15～30μm;

8. Packaging of tubes and cables

This is an example of the application of stretch film in a special field. The packaging equipment is installed at the end of the consumer line. The complete automatic stretch film can not only replace the tape to bind the materials, but also play a maintenance role. The applicable thickness is 15-30μm.
