Boot before
1. Before the operation of the injection molding machine, check whether there is water and oil in the electrical control box. If the electrical appliances are damp, do not start the machine. Maintenance personnel should blow dry the electrical parts before starting the machine.

3. Check the emergency stop switch and whether the front and rear safety door switches are normal. Verify the rotation direction of motor and oil pump is consistent.
4. Check whether the cooling pipes are long distance and smooth, and pass into the cooling water to the oil cooler and the cooling water jacket at the end of the cylinder.
5. Before operation of injection molding machine, check whether there is lubricating oil in each moving part and add enough lubricating oil.
6. Turn on the electric heat to heat each section of the cylinder. When the temperature of each section reaches the requirement, keep heat for a period of time, so that the machine temperature tends to be stable. Insulation time varies according to the requirements of different equipment and plastic materials.
7. Fill the hopper with enough plastic. According to different plastic injection requirements, some of the raw materials had better be dried first.
8. Cover the heat shield on the cylinder, which can save electricity and extend the life of the heating coil and current contactor.

During operation
1. Do not remove the safety door for convenience.
2. Pay attention to the pressure oil temperature, oil temperature does not exceed the specified range. The ideal working temperature of hydraulic oil should be kept between 45-50℃, generally within the range of 35-60℃.
3. Pay attention to adjust each stroke switch, to avoid the machine in the action of impact.

1. After the operation of the injection molding machine, the plastic in the cylinder should be cleaned to prevent the oxidation of the remaining material or long-term thermal decomposition.
2. The mold should be opened so that the toggle mechanism is locked for a long time.
3. The workshop must be equipped with lifting equipment. Great care should be taken when assembling and disassembling molds to ensure production safety.
