Third, if the printing machine using flexographic water-based ink is shut down for a long time, the flexographic printing plate and the transfer roller must be cleaned with washing powder water, otherwise it will be difficult to clean up after the ink dries on the machine. Cause the phenomenon that no ink is applied when printing again.

Finally, the ink film formed by high-grade flexographic water-based ink is insoluble in water, so the ink tank after use should be sealed in time. There is a dried ink film in the ink tank, which must be cleaned up in time, and the ink tank will not get ink.
