Before booting

2. Before starting the operation, check that the voltage of the power supply does not conform to it, generally not more than 6%.
3. Pay attention to check whether the emergency stop switch and the front and rear safety door switches are normal, and verify whether the direction of rotation of the motor and the oil pump are the same.
4. Check whether the cooling pipeline is unblocked before starting up, and add cooling water to the oil cooler and the cooling water jacket at the end of the barrel.
5. Before operating the injection molding machine, it is necessary to check whether the movable part is filled with lubricating oil.
6. Heat treatment on each part of the barrel. When the temperature of each section reaches the requirement, keep it warm for a period of time to stabilize the temperature of the machine.
7. To add enough plastic to the hopper, according to the requirements of different plastic injection molding, some raw materials need to go through a drying process.
8. It is necessary to change the heat shield on the barrel, which can not only save energy, but also extend the service life of electric heating coil and current contactor.

During operation
1. The function of the safety door cannot be cancelled at will for convenience.
2. In the process of using the injection molding machine, pay attention to the temperature of the pressure oil. The temperature of the oil cannot exceed the specified range. The ideal working temperature of the hydraulic oil should be kept between 45 degrees Celsius and 50 degrees Celsius.
3. Pay attention to adjust the switches of each part to avoid impact when the machine moves.

After the operation is over
1. After the operation of the injection molding machine is completed, the plastic in the barrel needs to be cleaned to prevent the remaining material from being oxidized or decomposed by long-term heating.
3. Lifting equipment must be equipped in the workshop, and great care must be taken when loading and unloading molds to ensure the safety of production.
